THIS IS A LAST RESORT DEVICE, NOT INTENDED TO BE A REGULAR PPE (PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT) OR AN N95 MASK. These masks have not been tested or approved by any health or government regulating body. This mask WILL NOT GUARANTEE the wearer protection of contracting Covid-19 or any other diseases. It is designed to stop the wearer from sneezing or coughing onto others, and to remind you to stop touching your face, mouth or nose.

The maker of this mask has not been in physical contact with anyone for more than the last 14 days, and has not had any signs of illness in or near the place where this mask was made, BUT this is not a guarantee of safety. At this time, you must always assume that ANYTHING could potentially be contaminated, especially when we still know so little about the spread of Covid-19.
This mask is manufactured locally in the same facility as all our Naturally Fabulous products are manufactured, by 3D printer using PLA, a bioplastic sourced from corn, and is biodegradable.

Currency
All prices shown are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Payment Methods
We currently accept payments by Paypal via our Shopping Cart Online. We do not accept Cash on Delivery. Some events or stores that carry our products may accept different payment methods.
Shipping
For destinations within Canada we will ship your parcel by Canada Post according to your selections at checkout, unless you request otherwise. Shipping flat rate is calculated based on weight and dimensions, and is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please expect 3-5 business days prior to shipping for processing.
For local pickup within Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, prepaid orders may be picked up locally at All Gluten Free in the Mill Market during regular business hours every Sunday. For this option you must select “local pickup” at checkout and prepay. You will be sent a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
International Orders
Please e-mail or call to request a Shipping Quote prior to placing your order.
Cancelling an Order
Once your order is placed and your payment has been received, your order will be processed. Should you wish to cancel your order after this step you will need to contact customer service at Naturally Fabulous Head Office to process a refund. You will be required to supply all details of your order including card details so please have these on hand. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process.
Returns
We pride ourselves on our high-quality standards. Each of our products are made by hand in small batches in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario using high quality, cosmetic grade minerals and natural ingredients to ensure that you always receive a safe, cruelty-free, glamourous product.
Due to the nature of our ingredients, some variation in colour or texture may occur – we believe this is part of what makes mineral makeup so beautiful! We have made every effort to properly represent the unique qualities of each product online, though please be aware that different computer monitors may display slight variations in the colour or texture of our products. If you are concerned about selecting a product online, simply get in touch with us either via the Contact Us form on this site or on social media and we would be happy to help you select a product that’s perfect for you!
Due to the intimate nature of our cosmetic products, we are not able to offer refunds on products which you have purchased and opened or used, however if you receive an item you have purchased which you believe does not live up to our high standards, please let us know in writing within 14 days of receipt so we can address your concerns.We are happy to replace the product if the item is defective or sent due to our error.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
• Your name
• A copy of your invoice or your order number
• Reason for return
When returning items, please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.

Comments
